1. Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Requests made after 7 days may not be eligible for return.
  • Exchange Requests:
    We gladly accept exchange requests for products purchased on MobilesFiles.com. If you wish to exchange your item, please contact our customer care team with your order details, and we will guide you through the process smoothly.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email us at:

  • Your Order ID
  • Your full name
  • Registered phone number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos or videos (if the product is damaged or defective)

Our team will review your request and respond with further instructions.


3. Inspection & Approval Process

Once we receive your return request:

  • We will carefully inspect your case based on the details provided.
  • If required, we may ask for additional information or images.
  • If your return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup.

Returns must be sent back in original condition, with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice (if applicable).


4. Reverse Pickup

If your return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.

  • There will be no extra charges for reverse pickup.
  • We will handle the reverse shipping process.
  • Please ensure the product is properly packed to avoid damage during transit.

Reverse pickup availability depends on courier service coverage in your area. If reverse pickup is not available, we will guide you with alternative instructions.


5. Product Inspection After Return

Once the returned product reaches us, it will be inspected to ensure:

  • The product matches the original order.
  • It is returned in acceptable condition.
  • All accessories and packaging are included.

Refund approval is subject to successful inspection of the returned product.


6. Refund Process

Once the return is approved after inspection, we will initiate your refund.

We may request the following details to process your refund:

  • Your UPI ID
  • UPI QR Code
  • UPI-linked mobile number

Refunds will be processed directly to your UPI account.

Refund processing takes up to 24 hours after your return request is approved because we refund via UPI and that is instant. If the amount is more than 1 lakh, we may refund via net banking that takes 24-48 hours.


7. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Return request made after 7 days of delivery
  • Product damaged due to misuse or physical damage by customer
  • Missing original accessories or packaging
  • Unauthorized return without prior approval

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team. Once dispatched, the order may fall under the return policy instead of cancellation.
